I grew up on a family owned and operated fruit farm in central PA. My first experience in construction was a one year volunteer assignment with my church (Mennonite Voluntary Service) in eastern Kentucky. Later I worked for a home builder/remodeler for 7 years. In 1993, I launched my own fine woodworking business in Ellicott City, MD. In 1999, our family moved to Hanover, PA (my wife's home town). Most of my clientele continues to be in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area. However, I have shipped projects as far as California.
I am fortunate to have my work ethic and business philosophy influenced by people of moral and ethical integrity. I believe that a verbal agreement is as binding as a signed contract. I make every effort to keep my commitments - to be on time for appointments and to deliver projects by contracted date. I use top quality materials for my projects and strive for excellence in craftsmanship.
